Message from the Convention Chairpersons
Dear CHW Friends:
It is such an honour to be able to host our National Convention in Toronto in November 2011. Quite some time has passed since we gathered in "our" city. Following the excitement of visiting Calgary - many of us for the first time; Vancouver - in spite of the fog, the beauty of the city surrounded us; Montreal - always a fun city to be in; Ottawa - a treat to be in our nation's capital; we look forward to welcoming you back in Toronto.
Due to popular request, the Convention is going to be a bit shorter than in the past and held over the weekend, beginning with Shabbat dinner. But it will still be filled with the informative speakers and interesting programming that you've come to expect from CHW. Stay tuned and watch for further details. Our host hotel, The Westin Prince, is situated on a beautiful ravine property and is located just a short distance from great shopping and dining. Plan to come a day early or stay on to enjoy the best of Toronto.
Convention will be an opportunity for us to reflect on our past; renew our commitment to CHW and rejoice in all we are and will be. We hope that you will save the date, save your money and bring your friends to our 40th National Convention.
