Sustainers

For 90 years, the dedicated membership and friends of CHW have built formidable schools, day cares, and women's centres throughout Israel, ensuring on-going education and care for the vulnerable populations in Israel's society. These facilities have enabled several thousands of youngsters, many of them high-risk, to thrive and succeed.

However, years of wear and tear have left their mark on our projects necessitating constant repairs and upgrades. Knowing the crucial role schools and youth villages play within the fabric of Israeli society, we have introduced the Sustainers program, whereby we will ensure the upkeep and improvement of our treasured facilities in perpetuity.

By becoming a Sustainer, you pledge an annual gift of $1,000 CDN. All subscribers receive a Sustainers newsletter bi-annually, as well as this pin. Sustainers can wear this symbol with pride knowing the positive effect that they are having on the lives of children and women in Israel.
