Guaranteeing sustainability of CHW projects
For 90 years, the dedicated membership and friends of CHW have built formidable schools, day cares, and women’s centres throughout Israel, ensuring on-going education and care for the vulnerable populations in Israel’s society. These facilities have enabled several thousands of youngsters, many of them high-risk, to thrive and succeed.
However, years of wear and tear have left their mark on our projects necessitating constant repairs and upgrades. Knowing the crucial role schools and youth villages play within the fabric of Israeli society, we have introduced the Sustainers program, whereby we will ensure the upkeep and improvement of our treasured facilities in perpetuity.
By becoming a Sustainer, you pledge a minimum annual gift of $1,000 (or $83.50 per month).
As a Sustainer, you receive this pin or a necklace and have your name listed in the Orah magazine (with permission). You can wear this symbol with pride knowing the positive effect that you are making in the lives of children and women in Israel.
